Complete Solutions follows
a five step staff augmentation process to fulfill the client
requirements.

1. Job requisition:
The
process starts when client sends a job requisition to CSI.
We qualify the position to ensure the job description is
complete and accurate and enters into CSIs web-based
recruitment system. We post jobs on our own website and find
candidates through an extensive network of personal
referrals. Often, we find qualified candidates among former
CSI consultants and registered job seekers in our database.
2. Application Processing:
CSI
accepts emailed/faxed applications. We match candidates
profile with specific job requirements. Broadly, the
criteria of selection include vertical business experience,
technology experience, Personality, Communication and
Education. A dedicated Recruiter is alerted and who intern
performs a careful review of the resume.
3. Skill Assessment &
Screening:
Complete Solutions follows a thorough screening process to
select the best from the talent pool. If an applicant is
found suitable for the position, a representative from our
experienced recruiting team will contact the candidate by
telephone and ask few questions about the background,
qualifications and current situation. Candidates who pass
the initial screening test will be asked to take a technical
skills assessment test. Depending on the skill area, the
evaluation is conducted over the phone by a technical
expert, or through a Web-based assessment test. If it is
determined that an interview is beneficial, you will be
scheduled to meet key associates, either by phone or in
person, who will tell you more about the company and the
position. Each person involved in the hiring process rates
the candidate on a scale of 1-10 in each of these categories
to get the combined weighted score for the candidate. This
process improves the margin of success for hiring the
“right” person.
4. Application Delivery &
Interviews:
Once
these skill assessment and screening is finalized, terms of
the contract/employment are discussed and locked. This
follows a formal resume presentation to the client. If
clients wish to interview a particular candidate, we
schedule a conference call/interview. Clients have no
obligation to hire or have any financial responsibility
until decided to finalize the offer.
5. Offer & Paper Work:
If
the client is interested in hiring a contractor, we handle
the paperwork with the contractor/ employee. Our service
guarantee assures replacement of the consultant for any
reason during the first two weeks of the contract.
Approximately a month before the contract ends, we generally
check with the client to see if they wish to extend the
contract. Accordingly, we handle the paperwork, so as to
have no interruption of service.
